Bayfront Bratfest will combine great local craft beer and ciders with select ingredients to create unique & delicious brats! Attendees will be able to sample between 12-16 different brats and vote for a Grand Prize winner. For example: The Lake Superior Brewing Sasquatch Bock Brat will combine their award winning Split Rock Bock with fresh pork, bacon, wild rice & pepper jack cheese for an incredible taste sensation.
